Publishing to PASS
PASS provides a platform by which users can share content via two primary methods: through the Blogs at Penn State service or through the use of popular Web creating tools (DreamWeaver, iWeb, Weebly, GooglePages, etc.). Then, content may be uploaded by connecting to PASS and shared publicly or privately.
