ITS Strategic Plan 2008-2013

The strategic plan for Information Technology Services actively addresses the needs of our key stakeholders: the faculty, staff, and students of Penn State. We envision a University that fully leverages the extraordinary resources of the digital era to enhance teaching and learning, transform business services, strengthen our research enterprise, and create new kinds of communities where collaboration, creativity, and innovation can thrive.
