Education Technology Services

Provides support for curricular integration; a focus on on-line learning; curricular re-design; innovative uses of IT; special focus on high-enrollment courses such as biology, statistics, and Spanish; ANGEL; and SAP.

Training Services

Chris Lucas, Director
Coordinates IT training for ITS; provides both face-to-face seminars and web-based training; provides new training programs in telephony (VoIP, desktop vc).

Classroom and Lab Computing

Provides facilities, support, and services for student computer labs, teaching labs, and technology classrooms.

WebLion

Mike Halm, Director
Provides consulting, software products, hosting, training and support for Penn State departments, colleges, campuses and other groups adopting the WebLion content management platform and products.
