Media Commons provides a variety of services to help you envision, produce, and publish creative and effective multimedia projects. Beginners and advanced users alike can benefit from access to our experienced consultants, training opportunities, and audio/video production facilities.

Scanners for Purchase

Scanners are available through Penn State's Computer Store at low academic prices. Vendors include Canon, Epson, HP, and Nikon. Visit the Computer Store to find computers, software, printers, cameras, and more, with easy online shopping.

Schreyer Institute Scanning Services

Scanning Operations processes scan sheets used to capture course-related assessments, such as quizzes, exams, homework, and surveys. After scanning your sheets, a report is produced that includes student scores and an item analysis.

Student Computing Labs

Scanners are available in most computer labs. Scanners cannot be reserved, but are available on a first-come, first-served basis when labs are open. Check the Student Computing Labs Web site for equipment, locations, and hours.
