ITS offers many challenging opportunities in the field of information technology. Our staff provide dedicated 24/7 service and support for critical information technology systems at Penn State. Positions in ITS include network engineers, system administrators, programmers, instructional designers, research associates, telecommunications specialists, training analysts, database administrators, Web designers, multimedia specialists, writers, editors, consultants, customer service representatives, and many others.
