All staff are able to browse the stores in eBuy even if they are not authorized to purchase through eBuy. This may help with staff supplying item numbers to the buyers.
Dell — An unauthorized user is able to go into the Dell punchout catalog and configure a Dell e-quote, save it, and send a copy of it via e-mail to the authorized buyer. The key to making this work is the authorized buyer needs to know the specific e-mail address that the unauthorized user used to configure the e-quote. The unauthorized user will need to communicate which e-mail address was used while creating the e-quote so the authorized buyer can properly retrieve the quote.
Apple — At this time, Apple is not configured to have an authorized buyer retrieve an unauthorized user's Web proposal through eBuy.
