Airline Schedule Change Confirmations

Per Penn State's Travel News, massive flight schedule changes occur regularly. It is critical that travelers/arrangers respond to Travel Services e-mail requests regarding significant schedule changes when it is indicated that Travel Services needs a response. A response within 48 hours (excluding weekends) is needed to advise Travel Services what to do with the reservation. Please note: responses are not needed when flights are changed by only a few minutes or a flight number change is noted.
