Provides an interface for the services offered throughout ITS. Its mission is to provide the highest level of service to students, faculty and staff through individual and departmental consulting, help desks, and the development of new services.

John Williams, Director
Provides assistance to faculty, students, and staff in an efficient, effective and friendly manner, to help our clients use technology to accomplish their academic and administrative responsibilities, and to make using technology as productive and stress-free as possible.
Unit Services
Rhonda Brown, Director
Provides assistance to students, faculty and staff in an efficient, effective and friendly manner by offering call center services, work order, provisioning services and administrative services, and offering unit level services in the use of information technology in support of the University's mission.
Entrepreneurial Services
Janda Hankinson, Director
Provides assistance to students, faculty and staff in an efficient, effective and friendly manner by offering a range of fee-based services in support of academic and administrative responsibilities and personal objectives.
Applied Information Technologies
Steven Kellogg, Director
Charged with the development, deployment, and management of a wide range of centralized computing services for the University community. Services include ISP services, networking, specialized applications, systems management, consulting services, and vendor software distribution and support.
