There are two payment options for the for-fee seminars, as follows:
- Direct Bill
- You will need your department budget number and fund number to register online. As an option, you may also enter the appropriate cost center.
- Personal Check
- Call 814-863-9522 to register for a seminar using a personal check.
Cancellation
You may cancel your registration for a seminar until five business days before the day of
the seminar in order to avoid being billed. You will be billed if you cancel your registration
within the five-day period preceding the seminar or if you fail to show up for the seminar
and did not cancel your registration within the required timeframe.
Refunds are not issued for these seminars.
Weather Cancellation
All ITS Training Services seminars at University Park campus will be cancelled on any day
that the University closes or that classes are canceled for the UP location. If there is a
2-hour delay, any seminar that begins prior to 10:00 a.m. will be canceled, and you will not
be billed. Please check the WPSU Web site for University cancellation and delay information.
ITS Training Services provides learning opportunities in technology to students, faculty, and staff to facilitate learning, teaching, and professional development activities.
